Hello everyone! My name is Rhea. I’m an Editorial Intern here at A Style Set and I’m currently studying business marketing at San Diego State University. I also love going on matcha runs, going to concerts, working out, and exploring San Diego. Some of my favorite music artists are Wave to Earth, Daniel Caesar, and Colde.

HOW I’D DESCRIBE MY STYLE
I don’t have a specific aesthetic, but I’d say I gravitate more towards a timeless style with a sprinkle of acubi elements. In the summertime I love to wear linen shorts and pants paired with a classic button down over a tank. During the wintertime, I usually opt for simple hoodies and jackets with wide leg jeans.
TRENDS I’M SEEING ON MY COLLEGE CAMPUS:
Weather in San Diego tends to be unpredictable. Some days it’s hot and some days it’s cold, so students often switch between winter and summer clothes. During the day, I see a lot of students wearing tube tops with bikini tops and boxer shorts. Once the sun sets and the weather gets chilly, students often wear sweat sets and uggs in the dorms, and cowboy boots for a night out.

Something I really love right now are washed wide leg denim jeans. I love pairing them with a fitted baby tee for that “small top big bottom” look. They’re also super comfortable since they’re so baggy, and the washed look can elevate a simple look.

Currently, my favorite fashion icon is Michelle Lin. I am in love with her classic, timeless style and unique accessories. I draw a lot of inspiration from her when building my wardrobe.
FAVORITE PART ABOUT INTERNING AT A STYLE SET:
As an intern, I’ve fallen in love with the creative process that goes into creating these blogs. From curating inspiration pictures to designing feature images in Canva, I love that I get to learn more about fashion while staying creative.
